We prepare and ship your order within a maximum of 48 working hours after payment is confirmed. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so please note that no orders go out at weekends or on 24 and 31 December, as carriers don't operate normally on those days.

We work with CTT Express. Every shipment includes a tracking number and signature on delivery. As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive a link to track it in real time.

Shipping to France and Germany costs a flat €15 per order (€10 to Portugal). Within Spain, shipping is free on orders over €89. The final cost is shown before payment.

A tip: if you plan to buy several items, put them in a single order. We can't combine orders once they've been placed, and each one is charged separately, so ordering everything together works out cheaper.

We pack every order carefully, fitting the box to its contents and giving extra protection to fragile items. If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at claim@todotoy.es as soon as you receive it, with a photo, and we'll sort it out.
