How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are shown based on your order total and address just before payment. France and Germany: €15 per order.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If it has already shipped, you'll need to wait for it and make a return. To cancel, email us at info@todotoy.es

How do you ship?

We work with CTT Express. We also offer in-person collection in Valencia (Spain), Calle Nicolás Estévanez 28, 46018.

Where can I receive my order?

We ship to Spain, France, Germany and Portugal. For other countries, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours at most after payment is confirmed.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us at claim@todotoy.es or on +34 622 416 382 and we'll send you a new one.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. We ship by CTT Express or registered mail depending on your area, and we never offer cash on delivery.
