Shipping policy

Delivery times

We prepare and ship your order within a maximum of 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so please note that no orders are dispatched at weekends or on 24 and 31 December, as courier companies do not operate normally on those days.

How we ship

We work with CTT Express. Every shipment includes a tracking number, signature on delivery and the option to choose the shipping type according to their official rates. As soon as your order leaves our hands, you'll receive a link to track it in real time.

Shipping costs

The final cost includes handling and packaging, plus postage within mainland Spain, which varies according to the weight of the parcel. Shipping to France and Germany: flat rate of €15.

A tip: if you plan to buy several items, group them into a single order. We can't combine separate orders once they've been placed, and each one is calculated independently, so putting everything together from the start will work out cheaper.

About packaging

We pack every order carefully, adapting the box to the size of its contents and giving extra protection to the most fragile items. Even so, once the parcel is in the hands of the courier it is beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for any damage in transit.
